Grand Theft Auto Re: Liberty City Stories (Re: LCS) is a "Remake" of Liberty City Stories on PC with the GTA Vice City engine as the basis for a better feel of the original PS2 game compared to other GTA engines in the 3D era. This conversion mod was made by Ryadica926.

In this guide we're going to use Grand Theft Auto III from your Steam library to play Re:LCS.

The most stable version of GTALCS in my opinion

Installing everything

Remove the content of Grand Theft Auto III folder (Steam\steamapps\common\Grand Theft Auto 3)
Unzip GTA RE: LCS.zip into the Grand Theft Auto III folder
Rename gtalcs.exe to gta3.exe
Open scripts folder
Unzip VC.Project2DFXv4.4.zip into scripts folder
Open III.VC.SA.LimitAdjuster.ini and under [VCLIMITS] find the following lines:
PtrNode = 300000 EntryInfoNode = 3200
Put "#" in front of those lines so it look like this:
#PtrNode = 300000 #EntryInfoNode = 3200
Unzip two files from FramerateVigilante.7z\GTA VC\FramerateVigilante into the scripts folder
If you want to turn on Anti-Aliasing open ReLCS.ini in main game folder, find the next line: MultiSampling and set "1" instead of "0"
