Sandevistan CyberPunk (Updated x3)

描述
This is an implant from a cyberpunk game and anime. It allows you to slow down time for its user, but due to the restrictions of the carrier's body, this cannot be done indefinitely (If you do not have an admin version)!
After the safe time of use has passed, you will start taking damage, but you won’t be able to stay in it forever either, sooner or later you will die (Record: -115 seconds, Install:Time Killer)!

To use it, you must have one of the SWEPs (Normal or admin) in your inventory in the "CyberPunk" tab in the "Weapon" section

Then bind this command to any button in Options -> Sandevistan -> Settings

Ordinary Sandevistan:
-Time limit
-No easter eggs

Admin Sandevistan:
-No restrictions
-There is an easter egg

A quick fix, because I never managed to repeat the bug with the music slowing down, so I fixed the bug based on my assumption, the fix can be turned off in the settings.
P.S. As for me, the bug appears due to a conflict between other addons

When I activate the sandevistan, the music slows with the time slow speed of the sandevistan. I try to use the option that says its supposed to FIX that, but nothing happens. Just stays the same. How do I fix that? I'd really like the music to properly activate and play on each use of the sandevistan.

Музыка замедлялась и фикс не работал, но после отключение Jmod, Vmanip base, Arcw base все стало норм, вдруг поможет кому то :steammocking:
