Yes, this map is actually edited. I did not just reupload the map and claim it's haunted. This map is really huge and finding a ghost will not be as easy as it usually is, I increased the chances of a spawn to make up for it.

Yo you forgot to add navmesh, I've generated it and saved it, so can I send you it (if I can send it, I have literally no idea if I can) or you genereate it yourself and update the map
