Hello this in not made by myself but i want to share these info, hope this help someone. Enjoy Wolcen:

The problem seems to be, that my wolcen user folder (C:\Users\%USERNAME%\Saved Games\wolcen) wasnt on C:\ (system drive) but on D:\ (Data Drive) and this folder isnt used by the game anymore since last patch. But it also doesnt create a new one.

Solution:

Manually create a new user folder in C:\ (C:\Users\%USERNAME%\Saved Games\wolcen) and copy your existing user folder (with your offline character files) into it.

Thats it!

For me now Wolcen uses this folder and loading/saving characters is possible again! Yeayyy!
