Do they have a lot of coal mines, Ford or Chevy full sized pickups and detectives driving 65 Mustangs in England? It's actually pretty easy for Americans to buy tanks btw(if they can afford it) especially buying them from europe. Check out a Youtuber by the name of WhistlinDiesel he just went to England to buy an early model Abrams. He also bought a Hilux which is impossible to import to the U.S. so he can import an Abrams battletank but not a Toyota Hilux.
