remove the spaces in the URL and paste into your browser (Steam does not like Mediafire for some reason)



Copy both files into "Data" within your Spore root directory.
To get to your Spore's root directory, right click Spore in your Steam Library --> Manage --> Browse Local Files.


If you have the actual Spore Bot Parts badge on your Spore.com profile and thus the permission to upload Spore Bot Parts creatures to the Sporepedia then ^^^^^ this download is still what you will need in order to actually have the Bot Parts in your game.

To obtain "Genuine" Spore Bot Parts, or rather the permission to actually upload your Spore Bot Parts creations onto the Sporepedia from having the "Spore Bot Parts" badge on your account, you will need to do something more.

Now since the Spore Bot Parts files are officially public and is not a product whatsoever it is something that you can ask EA to give to you. No really, you can and it is what I did, just yesterday I did not have it and it is 2022 not 2010 lol.

To do it you will need to go to https://help.ea.com/au/ .

Click "Help with a game", Click "Spore", Click "Codes and promotions", Click "PC", and then click "Contact Us". Finally click "Promotion questions" and then "Select contact option".

Now many people have said that calling 2-3 times does the trick or that getting a EA Support live chat agent 5 times and one of those times you'll get someone who actually knows what your talking about and does not give you false information-will work, but to be honest all I had to do was send an email and comply with their instructions (like giving them my Origin ID in the beginning etc). After this the next day BOOM an email saying they gave it to me and it's over and done like that.

DO NOTE that the way EA's Help system works is at first you will not have an option to send an Email as a contact option, you first must go through 3(probably 1 or 2, I don't remember :P) Live Chat people who are completely powerless to help you and will practically lie to you saying things from 'it's not possible to give since it's not a distributed DLC anymore' to 'many players have the same issue and I am pleased to tell you that we are working on a fix, is there anything else?', these are either lies or misinformed powerless Live Chat Agents, I really don't know.

Only after this will you have a sort of cooldown from using the Live Chat feature, and then it will only give you 2 Contact Options instead: Phone Call and Email. Your ultimate goal is to send an Email since it is sent to EA for them to shuffle around to the right people who actually have the authority to help you.

In the actual email itself you will want to explain that the Bot Parts Pack files have been made public to everyone and that you have it however you need the permission in order to upload Bot Part Pack creatures to Spore.com via the Spore Bot Parts badge under the "Games Owned" tab on your Spore account. Ask them to please activate the Spore Bot Parts onto your Spore account and be sure to tell them your Spore.com username as well.

Bruh! XDDD WAT THE HECK I waited 2 days for this! You preferably want the attention EA USA guys as that's where people are who even work on the Spore.com site and know what "bot on spore" even is xDD. It might help to set your Spore region to United States via your Account Settings.

Furthermore, what to do when this happens is: Keep trying! Make an Answers HQ Spore forum post asking to (politely) please activate Spore Bot Parts onto your account etc, Tweet to EA Help and EA even and ask, yes this will help you! Private message EA Help on Twitter as well about it, doing these things and then having an open Case about it will 100% get you Bot Parts on Spore.com !

I just did these things I listed after maybe 5 email Cases of people telling me there is nothing they can do and to "do not use bot on spore", and BOOM I get a new email and I see this on my Sporepedia profile:

Ok so I said you must select the Spore issue of "Promotional Questions", instead select "Find missing game". I believe this option might be better, if "Promotional Questions" fails then do "Find missing game". Tell me how it goes in the comments!
