Plattenbau IW66 P2-10 No.1-2

Hello Folks,

today's asset is a rework of my age-old asset "Plattenbau P2 Pack No.1".
Included are 10 buildings, 4 with balconies on the gable sides, 2 left, 2 right and 2 middle versions.
The entrance blocks can be changed by renaming the building!



This building type originated in Halle and was built only in Halle-Neustadt.
There's two slightly different versions of this building, recognizeable by the ornaments on the front facade.



The 10 included buildings have been named by a system I hope is at least somewhat understandable.
"HAL" sorts them to my other assets from Halle (Saale).
"IW66" stands for "Industrieller Wohnungsbau" or "Industrial apartment construction", "66" indicating the year the blocks have been planned.
"P2-10" specifies that the "P2" prefab-standard was used, the "10" states the number of floors each segment has.
"-GLL/-GLR" indicates if the building has a balcony on either the left or right gable.
"-L/-M/-R" indicates if the building is the left, middle or right type, noticeable by the balconies on the back side.
The "No.#" stands for the general appearance of the building, here white facade tiles with colorable ornaments on the front.



The 10 blocks can be found under their names, starting with "HAL IW66 P2-10" or alternatively by searching for "Plattenbau".
Each block has colorable ornaments on the front facade, 4 shades of white included.

All blocks are on a 4x3 plot, all buildings except the middle types are flush with one side of the plot.
When placing them next to each other, Move It is probably required.
The buildings can also only be used with the RICO mod. They are level 4 high residential buildings with 44 homes each.
If used without RICO mod, they stay normal level 4 growable buildings.

The main texture files are shared, so using the Loading Screen Mod to cut down on file size is advised.
