Just remember, as long as you're cooling things with an aquatuner, you're transferring the warmth into the steam rooms anyway. Petroleum isn't super efficient, but gets most of the heat energy directed to steam turbines with decent efficiency.
Nuclear waste is a very efficient coolant as long as your desired temperature is above 27C (preferrably in the 40+C range so you never risk solidifying it in the pipes)
And, obviously super coolant is just extremely efficient at transferring all the heat energy
Wonder who said that
I always used 1 refinery never had to wait to build anything. Having 5 of them is 5 Dupes to make stuff I'd have with 1 dupe and 1 refinery.
Store water. Put the intake at the top. The gas in the room squeezes to the top. You can store any liquid you want. Even oil. You can even store two kinds of liquid. One will sink to the bottom the other to the top. It's a pain to get the liquid you want out thou. So, make 1 of each liquid is best. If you have more than you'll ever need. Since this DLC launched you will double store is fine really. You'll never tap into it. Still best to make 1 each.
