A completely handcrafted Nextbot support navigation mesh for gm_liminal_gallery_2

for maximum use out of this addon try testing it with the gman test nextbot from this the drgbase nextbot mod: https://steamproxy.net/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1560118657 or these advanced player nextbots: https://steamproxy.net/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2148063174

The creators of the maps can add my created navmeshes to their map if, and whenever they want.

Q/A

What is a nav mesh?
-Nav meshes are groups of squares placed across the map that contain information that nexbots use to see the map

in order for any and all nextbots to work, you actually need to have a navmesh; you can create one by putting nav_generate into your console on any map, but this may take several minutes or even sometimes hours to fully generate depending on the size and complexity of the map.

Why would I want to install this, instead of doing nav_generate in console?

-more advanced/ accurate mesh, meaning better navigation for nextbots; they're less likely to get stuck (but still possible :( ).
-more optimized mesh than nav_generate.
-guess who support!
-increases the amount of hiding spots and encounter points, this improves nextbots like Gargitron.
-accommodation for nextbots separate from the 'png chasers', e.g crouch spots and drop down points that avoid fall damage.
-nav meshes in places where the nav_generate command fails to create them, this is especially the case on this map as there are many self contained areas around the map with no nav meshes at all unless generated with editing:

-downloading this will save the nav mesh, instead of having to recreate it every time you load a new game (nav_save for anyone wanting to save a generated nav mesh, this saves to the maps folder), and takes less time to download this than to generate a new mesh.
-ability for low-end computers to have nav meshes without waiting hours for it to generate.
-even scarier and more effective nextbots.

Feel free to comment if you find any bug/ glitches, these are some I am aware of:

-Nextbots can sometimes get stuck on doors and these door especially;

this is caused by these protruding pieces, as far as i know there's not much i can do without making the mesh in the hallway too linear;

This isn't a map, it's a navmesh for a map; a navmesh is used for nextbots to be able to move around the map.

You need to install the original map to get any use out of this navmesh.

@Jables111 I'm pretty sure this isn't a map itself, just the navmesh for a specific version of the Liminal Spaces map, hence the requirement.

I’ll update the addon to include the no jump scares version, there’s not too much of a difference between them but it saves people from having to work with files
