Struggling earned it's name. It's a weird kind of... Platformer but with a twist(ed mind). 
The best way to play this game is with the Controller, while the left thumbstick controls the left arm, the right thumbstick controls the right arm. With the Left and Right Trigger Button, you grab with either the left or the right arm.
I think you can see where this is going and you're right. So instead of casually press press and right to walk left or right, you have to grab the ground and pull yourself in that direction, or you climb hurdles like this. And the arms are...strong in real life measurements, but in game measurements they are kinda weak. So you have your own struggle to go in that direction you want to.

I saw this game on the channels #BlueTelevisonGames and #Lair where they played this game together in coop. So while one was controlling the left arm, the other one was controlling it with the right arm. You can find that Video here: https://youtu.be/Gpr4VDO7_WM

Like the Thumbnail shows, this whole game is kinda going the Body Horror path, but in a comical way.
