I stopped playing F13 for about 2 years solid after finding it a great deal of fun around when it first launched. I'd heard things had turned real bad - the devs abandoned the game after some poorly considered balance changes and half baked attempts at stopping cheating. It's just terrible now, at least many matches, with horrendous mic spam, multiple Jasons routinely on the loose, and servers somehow hacked to allow for 30+ counselors.
