Missable Achievements: None, technically. Every achievement, such as collectibles and upgrades, can be earned across multiple playthroughs.

The first 7 achievements are directly related to playing through and completing the game. They are impossible to miss. However, Double Crosser will require 2 playthroughs. Near the end of the game you'll be given a choice to kill or spare Ashmann. Once you've seen both outcomes this will unlock.



Throughout the game are mirrors you can save your game at. You simply need to beat the game without saving once. This is actually incredibly easy and I recommend pairing it with the no deaths and speedrun achievements.



You need to sit through every cutscene in the game without skipping. This includes both scenarios with Ashmann at the end of the game, as well as the final credits. If you skip any cutscene, even ones where you can control the character, you'll need to watch that scene on another playthrough or reload the checkpoint.



5 hours is an extremely generous time. My run was fairly sloppy, but I got a time of just around 1 hour and 15 minutes. I highly recommend doing this on your 2nd playthrough that way you can get any miscellaneous achievements/collectables, enjoy the story, and learn the game during your 1st run.



Much like the no saving and speedrun achievements, this one is also very easy. I recommend getting the 5 deaths achievement on your first playthrough, that way you can pair this and the 2 previously mentioned achievements all together. If at any point you feel like you might die, simply back out to the main menu and reload the checkpoint save.

Similar to the other defense item achievements, you need to successfully use a defense item when a stalker has grabbed you. This one is pretty easy to miss and I had to go out of my way to get it.



In order to earn this you need to sneak up behind a stalker, or throw an object at them and quickly run behind them to get a prompt to attack them with your defense item. You will likely earn this early in the game as you need to knock out Andrea to get the master key.



Throughout the game are various items you can pick up and throw at your stalkers. You can also shoot them with your nail gun. This will likely come naturally, however you can earn it as early as the prologue by shooting Porcelain when he drops out of the vent.



If you walk up to a closed door and press E (I'm unsure what the button would be on controller) you will be given a small mini-game to brace the door. Successfully do this against a stalker for the achievement. The easiest area is against Andrea in chapter 1.



This is directly related to attacking enemies with defense items. If you attack a stalker enough, they will faint momentarily. This achievement is basically story related, as you need to knock out Andrea to progress in chapter 1.



You need to stab a stalker with a defense item 50 times total. The fastest area to do this is chapter 2. Once you're in the kitchen with Elisa washing dishes, sneak into the closet to her right and make a save. After loading in, wait for Ashmann to leave the kitchen, then walk up behind Elisa and stab her. It was a little finicky for me, I had to crouch until I was pretty close, then stand up and spam the attack button. After you stab her, quit out and load back in.

If Elisa isn't cooperating, you can also try stabbing Ashmann as he leaves the kitchen.



You need to use defense items or throwables to knock out every enemy in the game. Note that they need to be fully on the floor, not on their knees panting.

• Andrea - Chapter 1. You need to knock her out to progress the story.
  
• Elisa - Chapter 2. You can knock her out in the kitchen when she's washing dishes. Be careful however, as Ashmann is patrolling nearby.
  
• Ashmann - Chapter 2. It's entirely possible to knock him out in the meat freezer, but it's incredibly difficult to do so. You'll likely need to continue the fight out in the restaurant, but this is difficult due to Elisa and Andrea also being in the area. My best advice is to keep circling around the tables and kiting them. When you get a chance to run and hide, do so so you get a moment to craft upgraded items.
  
• Red Nun - Chapter 2. After helping Elisa out of the restaurant safely, go back into moth vision and activate the jukebox. Sneak up behind the Red Nun and shank her. If you mess up, simply toss an upgraded item at her and run behind her to stab her.
  
• Porcelain - Chapter 3. After acquiring your nail gun, just keep rapid firing into him until he goes down.

There are 9 categories of abilities you will need to upgrade to max by spending Moth Keys at Moth Boxes. You can either find keys throughout the game, or you can earn a key every time you successfully block a stalker with a door. I've listed every key I was able to find in the Collectibles sections, and earned this early into my 2nd playthrough. I HIGHLY recommend upgrading Luck to max first so you earn the most keys you possibly can per run. After that, I suggest Mother Acherontia.

As far as I'm aware, you simply need to die 5 times for this achievement. They don't need to be unique. I recommend getting this done on your 1st playthrough, that way you can focus on things such as no death/saving on any subsequent runs.



These 2 achievements are obtainable at the start of chapter 3, when Linn is singing and playing basketball on the grass. In order to win, you need to line your aim to be just slightly over the top line of the backboard box. It's a little finicky and may take a few retries. In order to lose, just throw the ball wherever you feel like. If you're going for the win achievement and mess up, simply back out to the menu and load back in.

You can find 33 documents, 5 photos, 15 cartons, and 25 globes throughout the game. You will also need to max out every ability. You don't need to collect everything in one playthrough, but if you collect something and then die or reload checkpoint you may need to grab the collectible(s) again. While playing through, make sure to never skip any cutscenes or the credits, as you'll need to watch all of them for this achievement and another. I also included the locations of any Moth Keys I discovered.



Snow Globe (1/25)
As soon as you take control of Jennifer, turn around and open the door immediately behind you (you may need to move a bit until the HUD comes up). Look to your left to spot the globe in front of a wall of x-rays. Shoot it with your nail gun.

Milk Carton (1/15)
Looking at the location of the snow globe, turn left and go to the end of the hall to spot the milk carton.



Moth Key
After talking to Mr. Ashmann, follow Andrea through a door but don't head towards the stairs. Instead, continue straight from the door to find this on top of a vending machine.

Milk Carton (2/15)
Follow Andrea up a spiral staircase. Climb the stairs all the way to the top floor to find the carton on top of a garbage can.

Head back down to the door Andrea went through to trigger a cutscene. Afterwards, look on the dresser to your right.

Leave your room and go left to spot Andrea locking a door. Follow her down the hall and you'll spot her placing a tray by a vent. Don't interact with the tray just yet. Instead, look at the corkboard directly across from the tray at the end of the hall to find these 2 collectibles.

Head back to the tray and interact with it, then interact with the sticky note on it.

After successfully hiding from Andrea, she will unlock the lounge at the far end of the hall. Head inside and look to your left to spot a mannequin. To the right of the mannequin is a desk with the note on top.

Continue past Andrea and hook a left around the folding screen. Directly behind it is a phone with the note to the left of it.

From the phone continue down the right and go through the door. Look immediately to your right to spot another corkboard with the photo on it.

To the right of the last collectible is a staircase leading down. Don't go there yet. Continue past it down the hall to find this key on a bookshelf at the very end.

Enter the door across from the bookshelf and continue straight. You'll spot a locked door on your left. Continue a little further to spot the photo on a small shelf.

Head down the other hallway this time and you'll spot your first Moth Box near the large window on your right. The key is on the chair next to it.

From the Moth Box, look left to spot a large cardboard box with the carton on top.

Continue to the far end of the same hall to find this on a table at the end.

Enter the laundry room and locate a basket near a row of machines. The note is inside.

After calling room 213, go to the desk Andrea was sitting at to find these 2 collectibles. The photo can be interacted with by going around the desk from where the key was.

Continue forward and Andrea will make a surprise appearance. Quickly sprint to the far end of the balcony and you'll spot a dumpster, AC unit, as well as various other appliances. The snow globe is on top of the AC. Quickly throw an item at it and get out.

After dropping into the bird cage room, go to the far left and interact with the cage on the table.

From the key, go up to the first landing on the stairs. If you went to the 2nd floor you went too far. On this landing is a large shelving unit. The globe is on the 3rd shelf.

From the key, head to the front of the lobby and look for the table that's practically in front of the bar counter. The globe is on top.

Enter the restaurant and head up to the small balcony like area on your right (with the basket hiding spot). They key is on the far table. Enter moth vision and look above the cabinet behind you to spot the globe.

Continue forward through the restaurant and you'll spot a small staircase going down. Don't go there yet. instead, check out the tables to the left of the stairs to find the carton.

Enter moth vision and break the globe on top of the TV where Andrea is sitting.

Head down the stairs and enter the door to your immediate right to find yourself in a bathroom. Enter the middle stall and look behind the door.

In the seating area to the right of Andrea is a wall with a bunch of animal heads mounted on it. Under these heads is a plaque you can read.

Before leaving through the front door of the restaurant, make sure you have a throwable item! Head outside and immediately book it to your left. Turn the corner and look for the 2nd bench near the wall. The globe will be on the floor in front of it.

As soon as chapter 3 starts, turn right into the small alley by the stairs and look behind the garbage can.

Move forward to spot Linn playing basketball...on the grass? Don't approach her just yet. instead, look to your right to find a brick near an axe. Use this to smash the globe on the table right next to you.

After climbing down the dumbwaiter shaft, look on the rubble to your right before crawling under the shelving unit.

Crawl under the shelving and look at the picture hanging on the wall besides the water cooler.

Exit this area to find yourself where the game started. You'll be staring at a TV on a table and to your left is a support pillar. Continue past the pillar to spot a table with cages and gas tanks in front of a large window. The milk carton is in the cabinet of this table on the left side.

On a barrel to the right side of the room (orienting yourself from where we entered). It's behind a dumpster.

Document (22-24/33)
After turning the lights on (and collecting everything else beforehand) you can find 3 documents that are needed to progress. The first one is in front of the TV by the door to reception. From there, go the right past the dumpster to find a series of papers on the wall by a bird cage. The 2nd note is there. The 3rd and final note is located on the opposite side of the room, on a support pillar by the save mirror.

After entering the hidden door, go right to find this on top of a cage on the floor.

Go left this time to spot a row of 4 filing cabinets by a hand truck and ladder. The key is in the last filing cabinet.

From the filing cabinets, continue down the same direction until you come to a row of sinks on your left and a rotary phone on your right. The key is inside the first sink, and the globe is on top of the metal shelving besides the phone. You can use your moth power to break it.

Continue past the phone to spot a double door on your right, and a series of shelves to your left. The carton is on the shelves.

Across from the carton is another table with cages on it. Crouch down and look inside the cabinet to find the key.

Enter the projector room and face the projector itself. Look under the first set of seats to your right.

Still facing the projector, enter moth vision and look under the second row of seats to your left.

Now face the projector screen and look behind the podium at the front of the room.

Enter the next secret room that a generous toy baby revealed to us. About halfway through this room is a pile of clothes to the left and the note hanging by the wall. If you went to the table with the radio, you went too far.

As soon as the chapter starts, don't follow Jennifer. Instead, go left and find throwable object in the various drawers. Continue to follow this hall to the end where you'll spot an illuminated lamp. The globe is under the lamp.

After crawling through the small hole into Ashmann's office, look to your right to find this on the table.

Snow Globe (14/25)
Now back in control of Jenn, immediately look on top of the furthest locker to spot a globe. We can't grab it now, but keep that area in mind. After collapsing to the floor and getting back up, you can walk back and shoot it with your nail gun.

After fully recharging your moth power, move to the top right corner of the locker room where the air vent is. Use your power and enter it. You'll spot the globe immediately. Break this before you save Linn.

Now that we have a gun, head back to the door we rammed with the wheelchair but don't go through! Instead, follow the hall to the right. At the very end is a bookcase with the globe for us to shoot.

Break the chain and enter the lounge. Head over to where Andrea used to sit and look for the carton under the bird cage. Be careful, Porcelain will be on your ass!

I'm not sure if you can grab these after shooting Porcelain near the stairwell door, as I collected them while he was active. Just to be safe, don't interact with that specific door until you grab the next 2 globes. Run down the hall that led to Jenn's room and room 213. Outside 213 is a shelf with the globe on it. By the window.

Now head over to where Andrea set the tray down earlier in the game. Near that vent you'll spot a lit lamp near a shelf. The globe is on the bottom of the shelf.

As soon as the chapter starts enter moth vision. Fly up to the 2nd floor and to the right to spot this on a piece of the stone railing.

Only grab this after collecting the previous 2 collectibles. From the previous photo, look right and you'll spot a glowing painting on some debris.

After the boss fight, you'll be back in the kitchen of the restaurant. Turn around and look for a hanging bunch of garlic. The key is underneath.

Enter the door to the butcher area and look at the 2nd shelf on your left. Use your moth power or a throwable to break it.

Now that the Moth Key apocalypse is over, you'll be back in Jennifer's room. Enter the bathroom to find the carton.

Never mind, we're back to it. Face the door that leads to the hotel stairwell and do a 180. Go the table at the far end of the hall.

Go the far end of the hall where the double doors to the lounge are. Look on the table with the lit lamp.

Open the door to the bird room (it's the door to the right of the lounge phone) and look at the far corner.

Back in the underground lab, exit the small cubby and check the pile of clothes to the right of the radio.

Snow Globe (24/25)
This can be a pain in the ass to grab, as Porcelain is patrolling the projector room. What I recommend you do is lure him to the large cage room and then quickly sprint back to the projector room. Duck behind a set of chairs and immediately enter moth vision. If you're facing the projector, the globe is under the chairs to the right.

Snow Globe (25/25)
As soon as you take control of Linn in the mirror room, don't pick up the bar to the right. instead, look for a throwable and smash the final collectible behind the chair she was in.

All that's left is watching every cutscene from this point on. This includes both endings for sparing/killing Ashmann, plus the credits.
