I prepared this list in advance based on my Switch playthrough but a few achievement criteria needs possible verification. I've marked these with italics and will update them as I make my way through the Steam version.

Superhero!: Collect the following 50 other achievements.
Welcome to the Garden of Slaughter: Unlocks after taking the phone call onboard the first UFO.
Don't Drink Too Much: Save the game from a toilet. The first is onboard the first UFO.
Beware of Fraud: After completing the Designated Matches in Perfect World, pay the first Ranking Battle entry fee at an ATM. This match costs 20,000 Uc.
Darkness: Kill Mr. Blackhole, then complete Episode 01: Darkness.
Space: Kill Gold Joe, then complete Episode 02: Space.
Memory: Defeat Native Dancer, then complete Episode 03: Memory.
Sorrow: Kill Kimmy Love, then complete Episode 04: Sorrow.
Dead Cannon: Kill Ohma, then complete Episode 05: Dead Cannon.
Hell: Defeat Midori Midorikawa, then complete Episode 06: Hell.
Crosshairs: Defeat Destroyman: True-face, then complete Episode 07: Crosshairs.
Loyalty: Defeat Sonic Juice, then complete Episode 08: Loyalty.
Flesh and Blood: Kill FU, then complete Episode 09: Flesh and Blood.
Friends: Kill Damon Riccitiello, then complete Episode 10: Friends.
Full Power!: Fully upgrade Travis' skill trees using the Power Up Machine in Naomi's lab. In total this will cost 113,400 WESN.
Galactic Power: Create at least one of all 52 Death Glove chips from the super computer in Naomi's lab. The junk required can be farmed using 51 Death Battles and the Time Machine.
Spicy: Complete the game on the Spicy difficulty.
Carolina Reaper: After completing the game once, clear it again on the Carolina Reaper difficulty.
Time Machine Master: Use the Time Machine in Naomi's lab and defeat every boss on the Death difficulty. The Time Machine keeps track of which bosses were cleared on each difficulty.
Master: Defeat each boss with a Rank S or higher during your main playthrough. The Time Machine cannot be used to clean this up, so the safest way to achieve this is to save before each boss during the main story and aim for the best rank you can. Otherwise, a playthrough on Berry Sweet will guarantee this.
Legendary: Defeat each boss with a Rank SS or higher during your main playthrough. Sushi Hoarder!: Purchase all 6 takeout items at DonMai Sushi. In total this will cost 1,680 Uc and can be done onboard the first UFO.
Change of Pace: Change Travis' jacket or T-shirt from the wardrobe in his motel room.
True Artist: Complete the Volunteer Mission An Extraterrestrial Message after destroying all 20 alien shells.
Flavor Seeker: Complete the Volunteer Mission Scorpion Death Ramen after collecting all 20 scorpions.
Green Successor: Plant all 100 seeds during the Volunteer Mission Greenification.
Collector: Complete the Volunteer Mission Deathman Cards after turning over all 21 cards.
Foster Parent: Locate all 11 kittens during the Volunteer Mission Find Jeane's Kids.
Who Do You Love?: Collect all 33 Assassin capsule toys in the motel's gacha room. This area is unlocked after completing the Adventure line Sweet & Dangerous Gemstone, which requires access to Call of Battle to complete. Each crank for an Assassin capsule costs 300 Uc and naturally the outcome is random each time, so completing this will cost no less than 9,900 Uc.
Best Bout!: Collect all 10 Battle Recreation capsule toys in the motel's gacha room. This area is unlocked after completing the Adventure line Sweet & Dangerous Gemstone, which requires access to Call of Battle to complete. Each crank for a Battle Recreation capsule costs 1,000 Uc and naturally the outcome is random each time, so completing this will cost no less than 10,000 Uc.
©Space: Collect all 24 Alien capsule toys in the motel's gacha room. This area is unlocked after completing the Adventure line Sweet & Dangerous Gemstone, which requires access to Call of Battle to complete. Each crank for an Alien capsule costs 200 WESN and naturally the outcome is random each time, so completing this will cost no less than 4,800 WESN.
To Completion: After completing the Sweet & Dangerous Gemstone Adventure, enter the gacha room on the first floor of the motel.
Wine Opener: Locate all 9 Doppelgangers during the Volunteer Mission Doppelganger.
Battle-Happy: Complete each of the 51 Death Battles, as well as the 2 Extra and 4 Special Edition stages.
Battle Junkie: Complete each of the 51 Death Battles, as well as the 2 Extra and 4 Special Edition stages with Rank S or higher.
Battle Predator: Complete each of the 51 Death Battles, as well as the 2 Extra and 4 Special Edition stages with Rank SS or higher.
Let's Play Catch: Play catch with Jeane at the motel and have the ball returned to you 10 times in a row. Although you have three chances to miss while aiming for a high score, the achievement itself does not allow for any misses.
Champion: Perform 100 throws in battle. Progression towards this is tracked by the Records menu, and this ta
All Clear!: Complete the Volunteer Mission Toilet Rescue by plunging all public restrooms.
Ending the Feud: Complete the Volunteer Mission Dragon Road. This will not appear in Thunderdome until after completing all three tiers of Tale to Nose and Legend of the Purple Highway missions.
Plus Ultra!!: Equip a Death Glove chip from Naomi's super computer, then exit the menu.
Death Glove: Inherit the remaining 3 Death Glove skills from Native Dancer in Episode 03: Memory.
DeathMan: Anytime after beginning Episode 10: Friends, play Deathman in the upper area of Travis' motel room. The achievement unlocks upon reaching the title screen.
Hitting the Books: Complete all lessons in the Tutorial Room within Naomi's lab, then exit the Tutorial Room.
Safe Driving: Crash the Demzamtiger, sending Travis flying 20 times.
I See All!: Perform 50 Perfect Dodges in battle. Progression towards this is tracked by the Records menu, and this tally continues into subsequent New Game+ playthroughs.
Bull's-eye!: Get 30 matches on the Slash Reel in battle. Stock up on Futomaki takeout sushi to improve the odds of matching-threes.
Nice Day for a Walk: Walk on foot for 30 kilometers. Progression towards this is tracked by the Records menu, and this tally continues into subsequent New Game+ playthroughs.
Become the Wind: Ride the Demzamtiger for 100 kilometers. Progression towards this is tracked by the Records menu, and this tally continues into subsequent New Game+ playthroughs.
Combo Master: Successfully perform a 99-hit combo then complete the battle.
I'm the Hero!: Destroy 51 Mass-produced Destroymen. The first 11 are encountered during the story in Episode 07: Crosshairs. Completing this chapter unlocks the Defense Missions Extra No. 1, which contains 3 waves of 3 Mass-produced Destroymen, and Extra No. 2, which contains 10 waves of 3 Mass-produced Destroymen. Run through Extra No. 1 a total of 5 times or Extra No. 2 twice and this achievement will unlock partway through the final attempt.

It's pretty tight, acquired all of the achievements 2 weeks back, and it keeps track of what you missed (example, SS rank on all bosses doesn't require you to run the entire game again, just the bosses you missed SS rank on, so it'll pop as soon as you reach the latest boss you missed. Unless the one you missed is the final boss lol)

So far this list is more functional than the Wii ports. I'm down to the final stretch now but everything seems to be popping. The ones I've heard are stubborn were confirmed to pop later on, so overall this list isn't completely broken like those other games.

Whats weird is I totally missed a few while getting the achievement Lets Play Catch before any patch, so maybe its just buggy?

The strict criteria for Let's Play Catch might be changing. I just saw the patch notes for the new PS5 update and one of the things it addresses is the way this trophy tracks. I already have this achievement so I can't test on my profile, but after the Steam version updates, I'll appreciate if anyone can confirm that you can miss a ball on your way to 10 catches.

Not even that. It just isn't a guaranteed drop BECAUSE it's in the rare pool, so having to reload a save constantly to spawn it, and then hope you get the drop on the kill sucks. The fight itself is a joke.

Whoever thought it'd be a good idea to make the Space Peacock monster core exclusively a rare when the other two's cores are normal common drops can go to the lowest depths of hell.

FYI, you'll need (Spoilers, if you haven't finished the game):

4xSingularity Creation Device (Mr. Blackhole)
2xGalactic Rolling Thunder Rainbow (Gold Joe)
3xNightreaper Blade (Native Dancer)
1xKimmy's Recorder (Kimmy Love)
1xOhma's Tears (Ohma)
3xTwin Beast Blood Crystal (Midori Midorikawa)
2xDestroy Brain (Destroyman True Face)
3xGrape Juice (Sonic Juice)
3xCross Sword (Henry Cooldown)
2xMark of Goddamn Superhero (FU)
2xNova Rocket Fragment (Damon)

to have enough of each super rare to craft one of every chip. Also, don't be stupid like me and ignore the space defense missions. You'll be needing a good amount of each's core for chips. Any other junk part you'll most likely have in abundance from just trying to grind the super rares.
