These are hints that are spoiler free, intended to help you progress if you get confused. And they are in no particular order. They may or may not help you get achievements.

• You don't always have to do what you are told.
  
• Sometimes your mum lies. Is she really where she tells you she is?
  
• YOU SHOULD TRY TO PAY ATTENTION TO CAPITAL LETTERS.
  
• Did you check the apple basket the day after you placed it where mum told you to?
  
• On a certain day at a certain time, mum and dad's room might be open. She told you not to go there, but who likes to follow rules?
  
• When you are doing Angel and Mum's favourite activity, you should check on dad's PRICED POSSESSION.
  
• The game isn't over before the ending credits roll. The "game" feels like it loops because Dad is trying to tell you something, you have to listen to him, otherwise you wont progress and dad really wants what's best for you, Angel.

DEMO(DLC)

By now, having played Mothered, you should be familiar with how the game guides you.

• Dad want's what's best for his Angel, so does your mum. But sometimes you should not be an obedient girl.
  
• SHE says SHE knows what's best for you, but are you sure SHE knows?
  
• When the fire is ablaze, a new gate opens, but you must bring dad's key.
  
• ANGEL has to be ready to meet HER.
