Creed's Broom [SWEP]

This is an reupload obviously, since the old one got wiped from the workshop, heh get it, wipe cuz broom.

I did some changes to the obsolete code and now it also was a viewmodel and a sweeping animation.

Findable under Weapons Tab-->Other-->Broom

LeftMouseHold=Mop

Features:
-Erases decals
-Nice effects
-Snappy animation (1st person only)

ConVars:
-broom_clearamount 30 | raise this number if the decals don't disappear after 5 sweeps
(don't use it on models if set to 1000)
