1.Reach to level 6.
2.Go to 2nd stall at the restroom.
3.find the almighty plunger.
4.stick it to your crotch (you can also stick it on any part of your body, including the back of your head).
5.for extra challenge, get a crowbar and spin it on your new body part.
6.have fun killing npcs with your new tool.
