Green minibus - 綠色小巴 (Cantonese Yale: lùk sīk síu bā)

Famous for its dangerously driving style, the minibus or public light bus is a public transport system in Hong Kong. It usually serves distant areas or shorter lines that fill the gap that regular buses couldn't run efficiently.

There are two types of public light buses in service. The green minibus, and the red minibus. With the green one for scheduled service and route, and the red one without.


Toyota Coaster B20 as green minibus, mounted with a small light box on the front. Painted with early day "Green Belt" livery. This model was used back in the 1980s to early 2000s.
