Step 1. Open console (` or ~ key)

Step 2. Paste the following:
alias impulse_101 "give item_suit; give item_longjump; give weapon_crowbar; give weapon_glock; give weapon_357; give weapon_mp5; give weapon_shotgun; give weapon_crossbow; give weapon_rpg; give weapon_gluon; give weapon_tau; give weapon_hivehand; give weapon_frag; give weapon_satchel; give weapon_tripmine; give weapon_snark; give item_healthkit; give item_battery"

Step 3. Now, type impulse_101.

EDIT JULY 2023: if using the alias "impulse_101" is giving errors as of the latest version of the game (due to impulse_101 already existing in Black Mesa, unbeknownst to my former self), change it to something that doesnt already exist like "freeman"

EXTRA!
Paste the following:
alias refill "impulse_101; impulse_101; impulse_101; impulse_101; impulse_101; impulse_101; impulse_101; impulse_101; givecurrentammo 200;"

You could take this a step further, by binding the command to a key. For example, bind x "refill".

Type refill in console to fill up your health, suit and currently equipped weapon. Unfortunately, there is no command I am aware of that refills all ammo reserves, so you will have to use this before running out of ammo on your given weapon. Leave a comment if you find a better solution!

Other Helpful Commands

sv_infinite_ammo 1 (self explanatory, infinite ammo)
ent_remove_all trigger_hurt (use on Interloper chapter for Laser Immunization achievement)

sv_long_jump_manacost 0 (Infinite longjump)
sv_long_jump_height 100 (Default value is 10, increases longjump power)

guide is 10 months old at this point, not sure if it was in the game or not before but as of september 2022 this was a way to cheat without enabling cheats and losing access to achievements

It is though. I've used it before and it gives all weapons & ammo, just like in GoldSrc & Source HL1.
Oh well, your version gives the long jump module & hev suit like HL: MMod, so at least it's different.

impulse 101 is not an actual command in black mesa, but in this guide I show you how to execute all the non-cheat helpful commands that resemble impulse 101 and wrap it up under the alias of "impulse 101" that way you can just type it in as needed

it stops you from getting killed by lasers in the interloper chapter
