[UNSUPPORTED] More Legacies + House Traditions Patch

Omschrijving
Makes certain legacies from More Legacies available based on House Traditions. This patch is NOT REQUIRED to play the two mods together but it will make them mesh better.
  • The Chivalry legacy will be available to houses with the Valor, Honor, Duty, Justice, or Pride traditions.
  • The Dominance legacy will be available to houses with the Valor, Vengeance, Pride, Authority, Power, Perseverance, or Vigilance traditions.
  • The Mercantile legacy will be available to houses with Duty, Peace, Fortune, or Freedom traditions.
Only edits the common/dynasty_legacies/more_legacies file for More Legacies. Load after More Legacies and House Traditions.

@finallyciv, I think this should be fine (though More Legacies itself needs an update), unless House Traditions changed the names of the perks that I reference, which is unlikely.

Still works for me in 1.11.x and would probably work unless those mods need to change for an update.
