Just an old hat full of tricks.

By not-quite-popular demand; The Wizard hat.

It's a crap hat, with some OP stats, that I made to compensate for there being blackpowder weapons in a save that I was too invested in to restart. So now every musket wielder is RP'd as a wizard.

This mod was exactly what I was looking for to get some good-looking wizards in my game. Is there any chance you could make the hat qualify as royal headwear? I want to have court wizards with psylink powers for spells, but my people complain about the wizard hats not being regal enough.
