NethersisQueen, as many workshoppers, when I do stuff I take % on the submission itself. So for example if someone gives me an concept art of a cosmetic I give them a % and I keep the rest of %. This % is the theorethical % of revenue we would get if the items gets in, but I do not "charge" per se like asking for money or something.
