More Unit Caps for Allies

Leírás
More capacity for Tomb Kings, Beastmen and Chaos Dwarfs allied recruitment.
Also Dread Saurians.

These factions' outposts will give their ally more unit caps.

Level 1 outpost gives +1, levels 2 and 3 give +3.
This is in addition to vanilla's 1 cap.

Upkeep for Tomb Kings is reduced by 35%, for Beastmen by 100% to afford allied units.

You need an outpost in a Beastmen settlement, so in a herd stone

Just wanted to ask, does this mean I can recruit Beastmen units as they're my military ally? or does this only give AI the ability to recruit beastmen units if I was using the beastmen faction?

1. 85% is arbitrary, probably don't even need the buff past early game.
2. I don't mind. The more people enjoy their scorpions, the better.

Only certain types of units are availiable for allied recruitment, that's true for all factions. For Tomb Kings there is only six, I just added caps for those.

I've tried this and it work well, excepted I don't think I was able to get the tier 4 and 5 unit from the Tomb Kings to recruit
