Makes the global blood DLC events; "A Brutal Business", "A Savage Blow" and "The Winds of Pain", increase stats by 0 and last for 1 turn.

I don't know how to fix it on my end. SFO has a data_ file in the same folder that's overwriting my mod or vanilla, removing that data_ file fixes the issue but I don't know if SFO needs that file.

@Cat_Violet Just drag this mod below SFO in the mod order so it doesn't get overwritten. SFO doesn't seem to touch these events much at all.
