Evil Playthrough-Spoilers in day by day guide

If you are playing for achievements I recommend playing through on easy difficulty and the minimum stats needed for the final “test” (Rival's area) of the game are as follows:

Violence 20 – for achievement
Ruthless 10- can be used instead of light skills
Manipulation 15- can be used instead of light skills
Deception 15-can be used instead of light skills
Hacking 15- for achievement

There are 31 days in this game (or virtual novel). The tutorial helps you learn the game and doesn't actually impact stats.

At this point (patch .280) it isn't possible to avoid all the game overs without some light side choices, (this may be updated later), it also isn't possible to get all the side character dates. It is possible to get a waifu with you if you collect 25 secrets (1 for each of the 5 dates for the 5 main girls), regardless of having dark karma or facing the Rival's area, though the rival's area is needed to be rewarded with achievements and to be rewarded by both goddesses.

If you want to follow a long guide, I've set up the choices I've made in my play through below, and you can get the shadow's embrace (and throwing some shade, turning down final CG with Thelima), the darkest timeline, and what the fearful fear achievements. The last 2 being a part of making bad karma choices in the final rival area. If you want to somehow make a perfect run with enough light and dark karma choices to get all but 1 of the achievements in one play through, I wish you luck. Feel free to use whatever bits I've put in my walk through to make it easier. The ranks I put after the dates are the highest I was able to get using the dark karma choices, and I spent most of the game avoiding every light karma choice except where mentioned, mostly in the end game during the last dates (to avoid game overs). Only the number of choices made where you use the stats count towards the ending, not the value of the stats themselves.

On the 31st afternoon (before all the endgame stuff), my evil stats were 29-18-24-18-17, which means I had 7 extra ruthlessness, 8 extra hacking, 4 extra violence, 3 extra deception, and 14 extra manipulation points, that means that you can change up some of my night choices and still choose every dark option in the final test area. My light stats were 56-22-35-51-34.

Trying a blind run for yourself:

This play through isn't perfect by any means, and I think you can try it on your own without spoilers as all you need to know is that the first violence option gets -what the fearful fear achievement- in the rival area, and Pushing the rival is what gets you to -the darkest timeline achievement-. During Day 3, you can go to the park, if you take the coins you will get +1 to all evil stats, and that pushing the rival gets you +25 to all evil stats (and a game over when all's said and done). You will need light karma stat choices to get through the end game dates (I used lucky and motivation), but not the rival area. You can finish a main girl date with a D ranking and not always get a game over (do keep a couple saves from a few days ago, especially around the 24th or so in case you want to boost stats for end game dates). Be nice to Fumi, you may be evil, but she can and will still help you. The 30th has the choice in the warehouse that lets you go to the rival area on the 31st. I did pay for all the mystic hints, so if for some reason you want to try this run never having played before, it is possible.

Finally if you want to be the perfect suave gentleman hero, then Axeman wrote an awesome A+ guide towards getting a perfect play through, if you want to just beat the game and see the most content with the least number of reloads, resets or replays then go read his stuff.

So for the days:
You're going to have a morning choice of location, then an afternoon, an evening, and then a night time where you can either work or raise a dark karma skill (you need to raise the dark karma skills at night). I have not been able to get any A+ rankings on dates while choosing a dark karma option. By learning any dark karma skills you are locking yourself out of the -Summa ♥♥♥ Laude- achievement. I list the day by number, then list the name of the areas you will go at the time. I then listed what skill I raised at night followed by the job I did during the dawn. Some days will have events that skip the night, and I list what dark karma skills I used during a date after I list the date. When I write signal 1, I mean during the signal choices, pick the 1st choice from the top.
Finally, the dark choices can both raise and lower the affection and mood of the girls (this may or may not be relevant) however I ended my run with full mood and affection for all girls (but not eli), and managed 16 of the 25 secrets.

I did pay for coffee each day as well as for the mystic hints (not that you need to after getting the achievement). Thanks to LemonSmackr for pointing out I forgot to mention this.

Dorian is the rival, though rival is a stretch when really, he just kills the pawns of the goddesses, and accepting his money hasn't changed anything I could find. If you get all the secrets of all the girls and beat Dorian, then you can keep one waifu with you (I haven't managed this with just dark karma choices yet) as you need to balance the light karma choices and the dark ones (while this play through was focused on just a dark karma play through.

Load save, let him fall to his death- Fumi will let you go to airport- the shadow's embrace achievement
