So first of all, you'll need to purchase the Breaking Bad chapter, obviously. Otherwise how could you play as Mike?

This section lays out Mike's perks, the way they are listed in game. Unfortunately I do not have screenshots to show the perks, as for some reason the game won't let me screenshot them.

Thin Ice
Helping others often puts yourself and them on thin ice

When taking a protection hit, this perk activates.
The next time you are hit, if the survivor you took a protection hit for is within 10/20/30 meters, they will be injured instead.

Know Your Place
Your unique insight allow you to reflect on past events

Whenever the killer preforms a pickup action, the killer's aura is revealed to you for 40/50/60 seconds
Additionally, you gain a token, up to a maximum of 2/3/4
Each token reduces the noise from grunts of pain by 15/20/25% per token.
Whenever you are hit, you lose one token.

Die in Peace
When the end is near, it's nice to have some peace and quiet.

Move 50%/75%/100% faster when downed, at the cost of 100%/75%/50% faster bleed out
Your grunts of pain are also silenced by 50%/75%/100% while downed
Additionally, whenever you are the last survivor in the trial, the hatch will be highlighted for you if you are within 8/12/16 meters of it.
This highlight effect is increased to 16/24/32 meters if you are downed.

It goes without saying but Mike is a very observant, and sometimes quiet individual. He'll scan the room, taking mental notes of everyone he sees, all the while presenting himself as just a regular old dude.

Aura Reading
Any perks that allow Mike to see auras or feed him information is a must.

What specifically that is, is up to you. It could be his own aura perk, Know Your Place. Or something similar such as Feng's perk Alert. Even Object of Obsession if your feeling spicy.
If you want knowledge about your team, you can always run something like Bond from Dwight, or Empathy from Claudette. Even Wake Up from Quentin can work here.

Other perks such as Rookie Spirit from Leon would work in immersing you as Mike. Providing valuable intel about the state of the generators around the map. It's honestly up to you what you want here. Ada's perk Wiretap can also come in handy.

Teamwork/Altruistic perks
Mike has been shown to be a team player. Perks that aid in this will again, allow you to really FEEL like Mike.

Leader, Prove Thyself, to give Mike and other survivors a boost to action speeds. Makes sense in context, as Mike is often shown as a leader.

Botany Knowledge, Bite the Bullet, We'll Make It, We're Gonna Live Forever to give Mike a boost when it comes to healing others.

Reassurance, Borrowed Time, to give Mike an edge when it comes to unhooking survivors.

Lone wolf style perks
While Mike can get along with others just fine, we've seen him get jobs done by himself. Some perks to aid in this style of play are as follows

Head On, to allow Mike to strike when least expected.
Windows of Opportunity to allow Mike to plan his route.
Unbreakable, Dead Hard, to give Mike a second chance.
Adrenaline, to give Mike a boost after the gens are complete, and heal himself if needed.
