1. Get this dupe:

Note: the duplicate contains 200 balloons, so please do as instruction num. 2 says

2. Type in the console the following commands: sv_cheats 1, host_timescale 0.1

(Prevents HUGE FPS drop!)


3. Spawn it 5 times and press "-"
