L4D2 Styled L4D1 Survivor Icons [TLS Quality]

This "Vanilla+" addon just gives the HD TLS L4D1 HUD survivor icons a L4D2-styled outline around them so they're more consistent with the L4D2 survivor icons. I think the preview images are self-explanatory. I know there is already a mod like this on the workshop but it uses the pre-TLS icons which are very low-res and they look blurry at higher game resolutions. Plus I wanted to try my own hand at these to see if I could make them look good.
