find a mudcrap ,2 or 3 max at same spot will get progress faster,, get a healing spell, maybe some other spells , like cast light, detect life
fortify spells like armor rating , muffle ,,,, and so on
get armor and schield, no weapons !!!!!!!!
now get the warior stone, or mage stone, for your lv, up you want,

all you have to do is get near them and stay there, let them attack you over and over again, when low health, use potions, or healing spells
you can train all armor lv, block, some magick spells , like alteraion, healing,sneak,, and so on
difficulty settings,, use the lowest, its only affecting the damage done by you, and damage done (recived ) by enemy's
