This mod adds 2 new menu background movies by replacing vanilla ones.

Great Vortex and Sword of Khaine.

These are my favorite ones from TWW2 and I missed them, so I made this mod.

Apart from that I disabled news since you can see them in launcher and steam anyway, also I made some adjustments to menu UI to fix vanilla shadows flickering and make it less intrusive. Background theme buttons are relocated from center to bottom and only appear when you hover directly over them.

· Completely safe to install, update and uninstall at any moment of your playtrough.

How would I convert an image to the ca_vp8 file so that it appears correctly as a custom background?

Don't know what other people are going on about. Have 95 mods active and this one works fine, no ads, no crashes.

can confirm this mod causes a crash on startup.

unfortunately the game just crashes for me when trying to use this mod.

The only thing I could think it is conflicting with is MCT "Mod Configuration Tool"

Yep, this mod will need to be updated every major patch as each game update adds in a new menu background, therefore changing the tables in the database which this mod edits.

This is 100% conflicting with the new Chaos Dwarfs menu background and it's causing it to crash the whole game.
