Also, the player can easily accidentally teleport outside of your designated area, which is not very user friendly...

Hi, thank you for participating in the Infinifactory community! In the editor, there are "Invisible blocks" that should be used to block the space visually occupied by some large blocks - including the machines or the input container. Use them, so that the player/blocks cannot just go right trough such structures. You can just edit your level and resubmit and it should update the Steam item.
