gm_explorecity (Day/Night Cycle Compatible!) update

Hello There!
here is the old map that I made at 2016.
you can play this map without rendering problems with Daynight cycle addons unlike the others.
this is my first map and I just add some new features here.

soon I will upload another new map that is compatible with any Day/Night Cycle mods.

Environment mods you can use:
-Stormfox (Environment mod)
-Atmos
-Stormfox 2

Map Features
-Compatible to all Day Night Cycle addons that looks so realistic
-Correct Lighting, when night comes, interior lights are not affected for dimming environment.
-When Night comes, you can turn on the streetlights
-Good for multiplayer games
