Step no.1: Dont be a shy little s**t and talk to people.😀
Step no.2: When you see right guy draw pistol in front of your new friend.😋
Step no.3: Shoot Close to your friend. But remember dont kill him, it will make him angry.🧐
Step no.4: Play with your friend by shooting close to him, he will play with you.🥰
Step no.5: If your friend is trying to kill you, say sorry it will fix your friendship with him.😇
Step no.6: If your friend still trying to kill you, Im sorry.... I have bad news, your friend dont like you anymore.😭
Step no.7: After all 6 steps ask yourself "why everybody dont like me?"🤓
Step no.8: After you get your answer, find your ex friend and do what you want to him. Best choice is to try play with him your old game with pistol but this time shoot him.🤠
Step no.9: After your game you can go home or try to find new friend but remember, they only want your money. 😊👍

This guide, while at first appearing helpful and informative, is upon closer inspection, not necessarily as sincere as might be expected, whereupon, in the intention of procuring said friendship, either of the fictional, or metaphorical regard, lacks veracity, notwithstanding the obvious certitude that this is an illusionary setting, wherein one may, or may not, with no regard to actuality, make "some" friends. As of such, incredulously, I herefor remain, friendless.

This worked during like, the first week after launch when players weren't all either paranoid or bloodthirsty. After all the GTA sweats came over the online free roam is just PvP hell, same reason I quit GTA online way back when. Lol How Rockstar games ever became "competitive" is beyond me.
