Welcome!
Since the nerf of Golden Fleece, and not being able to stack damage past 200% with stacks now being half of the amount, a new strategy was developed to handle bosses to achieve all four of the no-hit boss achievements.

Soon you will be able to 100% the game. I clocked the 100% at twenty-four hours.

How to easily beat all four bosses
The easiest way post-Golden Fleece is to use the Glass of Fleece.

Since we can no longer do physical damage past 200% only get half the amount of percentage stacks now -- coupled with the risk of getting hit and resetting your stacks -- we will do double the damage for curses and use it towards our advantage, while taking a safer approach.

First, unlock Glass of Fleece. It will look like this:

Second, unlock your whole tree in the sermons, to gain access to godly weapons and the curse tile that gives divine guardian. You will want these to do highest physical base weapon damage and to be able to focus on sending damage.

Third, go into a dungeon wearing Glass of Fleece, and you will see that your curse count has doubled. Choose paths that let you fight and seek out the tarot cards that will allow you to reduce fervour or increase your fervour damage. You don't need the cards to beat the bosses. This will assist in making your chances easier. In addition, these paths may give you an opportunity to find the blacksmith to swap weapons.

What you are hoping for is a godly weapon and divine guardian. Divine guardian is key -- it makes life EXTREMELY EASY.

Lastly, time your divine guardian casts as close to the boss to do curse damage, and whack away with your weapon -- and your run should look like below:

IT IS OK IF YOU DON'T KILL THE BOSS IN YOUR FIRST INSTANCE!!!

When you replay, you will see these statues that you can steal devotion from. Destroy these and you will be provided a portal to replay the final boss. As long as you have not progressed to the next tile, you can freely walk between rooms and return once you clear an area.

Let's not forget our demonic followers! (add-ons)
While finding a godly weapon and divine guardian are strongly encouraged in the core of this build, the additional assistance your followers bring to dungeons (crusades) should not be forgotten.

If you have placed any divine inspiration points into your tree, you will see a tile called "Demonic Summoning Circle." Each time this is leveled (max of three) you can bring one additional follower to do additional damage to bosses.

Demonic Summoning's damage multipliers are based on your follower's level. In my understanding, the higher the follower level, the more damage is dished out when they are converted into demons -- or additional attributes are assigned to the follower.

For an immediate boost in damage when starting a boss fight, find a follower that looks like a bomb and bring him with you to the dungeon:

As the description shows, the follower will explode next to a random enemy. You can couple this with two other followers at level three -- to include a melee and ranged attack every few seconds -- to deal more damage alongside base weapon and curse output.

Ending notes
As a side note, I understand that there are other curses like hounds of fate that can bring lots of damage to the table. I do encourage experimentation if players have experience with the bosses tells and movement. Do understand there are some bosses that are more agile and spells with and without homing have a higher chance of missing from mobility or invincibility frames.

The purpose of divine guardian is the 100% negation of damage for two seconds so there is no accidental hit from the boss (16 seconds total + any tarots that add more fervor stacks).
Congratulations!
Now you've done it! You can finally 100% the game before the developers decide to change some other fleece in a single-player game.

Thanks for reading this guide!

Try the new weapon; the blunderbuss. It's ranged and can has a special that reaches a dumb distance. Good with the Hounds of Fate for a ranged load out.

I recommend the Berserker Fleece, whatever it's actual name is. It gives you 10 times the weapon damage but you only have one health and can't revive.

Honestly golden fleece is still pretty good you just have to be more consistent in skill to get it to optimal levels.

Got 100% of achievements yesterday. Can confirm what @DrowsyBat said: Fleece of the Glass Cannon + Hounds of Fate = easy no-hit achievements.

@Drowsy. Thanks! Yes, so I hear Hounds of Fate works decently well for bosses as well. I agree, if you can't find Guardian it's the other go-to.

this is a great guide, really helpful! i also found the Hounds of fate curse to work really well against each boss, it would melt in 5-6 hits. it's another good option if you come across it before divine guardian :)
