I hope you'll get many more joyful hours out of the game and an overall fun experience!
And about the name, thanks haha, a firend always called me that so I just made it easier for her by naming myself that :D
GW2 was actually the first PC game I've ever played way back when, think it was 2013, and I've stuck with it ever since because I can simply jump in have fun with whatever class I like doing whatever I feel like and it works.
It doesn't push you towards any specific way of play or to engage with any specific system available to the player, it simply allows you to play however you want.
It basically fits for every game, just play at your own pace and enjoy the games.
Try to go to the main cities and ask if you could join a beginner friendly guild, you will get lots of invites and can join up to 5 guilds at the same time.
Its an easy way to meet new people and friends! You are also happily welcome to join the one I am in if interested :)
