Descriere
The X-wing was a prominent series of multiple starfighters produced by Incom with a characteristic "X"-shape of four wings, known as S-foils, extending out from the fuselage. These starfighters were found in the service of the Rebel Alliance, New Republic, and also the Galactic Alliance. They were originally meant for the Galactic Empire but when the entire Incom design team defected with the prototypes to the Rebel Alliance this deal was over. Despite this, however, at least one X-wing was stolen by a Stormtrooper.
Read more about it here: http://starwars.wikia.com/wiki/X-wing_starfighter

This version of the X-Wing is built with pure authentication in mind. I tried to stay true to the Star Wars' version as best as possible. There's 4 rotating wings built in to the fighter, and you can control it by clicking the "Reverse" button on the control group "Rotating Wings".

Due to some motor/ ship issues the gatling guns and on the wings will not work. The spotlight will also have to be controlled manually in the ship's console. The ship will handle very badly, this due to it only has 1 gyroscope. Attempt to add more gyroscope will destroy the wings when turns, so this is highly advised against.

The ship has 1 functional gatling gun at the front and 2 rocket launcher underneath. The rockets have been tested and is safe to fire at any angle while on the move. This ship is also very copy friendly so you can dogfight agaisnt your friend recreating your favorite Star Wars momment.

There is still a lot of issues with the ship, most notably the unstable control, as the ship will appear to dive down slowly as you move forward. Unfortunately I do not have a solution to this problem, and any constructive respond will be appreciated.

Thank you for subscribing and download the X-Wing. Have fun and May The Force Be With You.

Update #1: The ship is for some reason capped at 30 m/s. To fix this disasble the 4 front thruster. These thruster will actively hold the ship back from moving forward. Disasbling these thruster seems to fix this problem and allow you to travel at the usual 100 m/s

Update #2: Disasbling these thrusters seems to spawn other navigation problems. This seems's to be because of the rotor's unstable connection to the main ship. I have no possible solution to this until a patch is delivered adressing this problem

Glad you understand

oh, well then, it really is not irresponsible because you don't have time for mods, that means you put you prioritys in front of your wants. That's pretty responsible

My brother, I stopped doing these and supporting this workshop entry. I know it sounds irresponsible but life is catching up to me. Check out the PurrfectBlinky version instead? It uses a couple mods but vastly superior to my model

All I got was an X-wing scrapyard, no really, there were just a bunch of tests for the rotating wings and a ton of broken fighters... Can I get the real mod please?
