R56: Old Soviet Tree

A pet project of mine, restoring the Pre-NSB Soviet tree, was not approved for balance reasons by fellow Road to 56 devs for integration. Therefore here I am releasing it seperately. This restores the old focus tree and many related events and systems, while adding NSB focuses into it and taking advantage of its systems for better optimized but still less boring purges, it can be turned back to the DLC one under a gamerule if you wish.

I have and will be adding more foreign policy and politics for the alt-hist, I've already ported vanilla's army branch but heavily modified. This tree isn't as repetitive and tedious with all purging in one focus and no civil war for alt-hist unless you get one on purpose, the events are also quite interesting.
