American Rowhouses Set 1

Reminder: None of the decorations are required, everything is optional - crying is not

This is the first set containing 8 rowhouses from a much larger planned pack. More will be uploaded when they're ready.
Every rowhouse in this particular set is 6m wide growable. Must be placed by hand if you want the wall-to-wall aesthetic, they will grow fully detached.

Models range from 1050 tris to 2200 tris. LODs range from 68 tris to 38 tris with 64x64 textures.
Assets are 1x3 and 1x2 high density residential
1024x512 diffuse, normal, spec, illumination, color
asset shares textures with other rowhouses assets, use Loading Screen Mod to enable texture sharing
each has 4 color variations, has a color map and can be painted with repaint mod
