Correct Tourist And Leisure Names

Change the names of custom tourisms and leisure to their workshop name.

Problem: Custom workshop tourisms and leisure buildings get normal commercial names.

This fixes that so you will see the workshop given name instead.

This mod uses Harmony[github.com] version 2.0 by Andreas Pardeike via the Cities Harmony mod by boformer.

Doesn't touch the save file, and can be safely removed at any time.
