1. Открываете библиотеку Steam
   
2. Правой кнопкой мыши нажимаете на игру → "Свойства..." → "Общие" и снизу у Вас будет вкладка "Параметры запуска"
   
3. В параметрах запуска вписываете команду:
   -nolauncher
4. Можете закрывать окно.

P.s: Чтобы вернуть лаунчер обратно, просто удаляете из параметров запуска эту команду.

Если же удаление лаунчера Вам не хватило и хочется загружаться в игру еще быстрее, то вышел мод[www.nexusmods.com], который удаляет вступительный ролик при запуске (где написано Sony Interactive Entertainment), вернее даже не удаляет, а заменяет на другой видеофрагмент, который длится около секунды.
