Sneak and Archery are no brainers. The other two are Conjuration and Illusion. Destruction, really? It's honestly the weakest/slowest option for dealing damage. Any levels gained in Destruction will weaken the character build as a whole if it isn't a seriously invested skill. You have to heavily invest in Alchemy or Enchanting (ideally, both) just for it to be viable. Also, Flames is the absolute worst way to gain Destruction XP. Because Bethesda doesn't know how to update their own game, the XP gain is completely broken for Flames. Use Sparks (or ideally, Frostbite against the 10% of Skyrim that doesn't resist frost spells) for significantly more XP per magicka spent.
