Evolve in order
  • Viral instability 1-3
  • Cold resist 1&2
  • Water 1 if not already evolved
  • Air 1 if not already evolved
  • Drug resist 1
  • Genetic hardening 1&2
  • Heat resist 1&2
  • Environmental hardening
  • Drug resist 2
  • Genetic reshuffle 1-3 (once cure reaches 25%)
  • Total organ failure and anything you need to evolve it
  • Bird 1&2 if any countries are uninfected and not yet evolved
From here just evolve as many symptoms as you can
