what you gotta do is get 16.4m pops on the tower type that will be the paragon (e.g. dart monkey)
then what you need to do is get 45 paragon power totems from geraldos shop (unlocks at level 20)
You need the 3 teir 5s and also the 2nd crossbow master from the monkey knoledge
you need 200k worth of upgrades spent on other dart monkeys and also 100 teir-4 or below upgrades

I got the achievment for this on cubism on hard mode
