Spitter Ragdoll constraints fix

描述
Simple edit I backported from Reptile. Fixes bones constraints for ragdoll, which had wrong rotations values like forearms turning only backward.
This only contains .phy file so it works for original model and other mods with unaltered physics.

Certain mods that edit spitters make the game crash as soon as certain models ragdoll.
