gm_initial

Gm_Initial is a small map suited for locally hosted minigames such as "Hide and seek", "Prop hunt" and "You Touched It Last".
Now with AI nodes and Nav mesh!

There is a seperate TTT version called "TTT_initial" on my workshop page.

The location of the small collection of buildings seems illogical, both the buildings and their surroundings appear to have been neglected for some time. The spray paint on the walls and semi-furnished buildings seem to indicate that people do come here. I wonder where they are. Come to think of it, I wonder how I even got here in the first place?

Features:
-Several enterable buildings.
-Breakable glass/other breakable surfaces.
-Interactable garage door.
-Custom skybox.
-Multiple spawn locations.
-Planks and scaffolding between buildings for parkour/chase scenarios.
-Clip brushes used to block out unfair hiding spots for prop hunt.
-Tiny Pool
-Grass?

Update 1:
*Fixed some clipping issues and added more clipping brushes.
*Changed most interiors.
*Added toxic sludge and a ladder to the blue garbage bin.
*Added new vents that create new shortcuts.
*Added more spawnpoints.
*Changed around and added more props.
*Updated visuals and added effects.
*Added a secret.

Update 2:
*Fixed some unfair prophunt hiding spots and fixed some clipping issues.
*Added a slight fog.
*Added a new building on top of red/darkrooms that serves as a spawn point.
*Added a new spawn.
*Changed some prop placements.
*Added a unique new prop.
*Added a light inside spawn car.
*Added visuals to the streetlight.

Update 3:
*Added AI nodes.
*Added a nav mesh.
*Fixed some clipping issues.
*Shifted of of the hotel's vents back so npc can pass and walk on the plank.
