Goro Majima from the Yakuza games joins the Binding of Isaac as an alternate skin for Tainted Samson.

This mod turns Samson's berserk form into Majima in his "Majima Construction" outfit, his jawbone into a baseball bat, and the "Berserk!" item into a Stamina XX from the games, as well as replacing "Berserk" with "Heat Actions."

More to come with this mod as I start figuring out more about Isaac modding.
