First step: you have to find the power button

The First example is going to be shown on a desktop PC .

To turn off a desktop PC you have to do the following steps:
- Find where is the power button
- Press and hold it for 3-4 seconds

Example for notebooks:

In the following image, you can see where the power button should be or what it looks like.

But before we start searching for our power button we have to open up the notebook, here is how:
