Since there were no English guides for Motesolo on Steam or anywhere on the internet, I decided to make one for anyone struggling with the game. The guide is based mainly on my personal playthroughs of the game and some non-English guides and game clips so I deeply apologize for some of my guide's inefficiencies. I advice you to play the game by yourself to understand firsthand and then look into the guide for what you need.

Here are instructions on how to get certain achievements in case you missed them in your playthroughs or didn't get them in mine. You can use scene selections to your advantage for these achievements during your walkthroughs without ruining progress or starting from the beginning.





Kimo has to fully pay for the drinks by himself by using his driver's license, 5000 Won bill and then his debit card. You'll get this on most playthroughs where you're aiming for high favorability with Yumi.





You get Yumi to pay half the bill by using Kimo's driver's license, 5000 Won bill and anything but the debit card until the scene triggers.





Use Liftoff from the right side of Kimo's wallet when paying for coffee.





Take the yellow flowers next to the bulletin board to give to Yumi and choose Bluffing as Kimo's self introduction.





When talking about Hobbies choose Game





Kimo has to give Yumi the yellow flowers then pick Pipe Clamp as his Hobby.





After picking up the coffees, take the Napkins from the counter, Choose to talk about Face Palm Reading and Choose Yumi's Hand.





During the first Word Association Technique, Choose Opposite Gender, A Dream Partner, Sexy and then No Experience.





During the second Word Association Technique, Choose Friends, Best Friends and then Nuts





This triggers when choosing to look into Yumi's phone and get some context about some of her troubles.





This occurs in Truth or Lie when you choose the question What is Kimo to Yumi. I don't have a more specific idea on how to get it other than when favorability with Yumi is neither good or bad enough and that I got it on my walkthrough of the C- : Inferiority Complex Ending below.





During Truth or Lie when Yumi asks if Kimo would go out with her choose "No"





During Truth or Lie when favorabilty with Yumi is high (Like in A- : Palm Ending), Choose What is NGSB to Yumi





In the end of Truth or Lie when favorabilty with Yumi is high (Like in A- : Palm Ending), She will ask Kimo why he wants to date, Choose Passive.

Take Napkins from the counter, choose Drawing as Kimo's Special Skill, enter the minigame and choose the best features for Yumi's portrait. Drawing Yumi perfectly will help with winning her over:







Take Napkins from the counter, choose Drawing as Kimo's Special Skill, enter the minigame and choose ANYTHING BUT the best features for Yumi's portrait.





While browsing the cafe, take the yellow flowers and then click on the red book on the bottom right corner of the bulletin board:






Directly continue Komi's date after clicking on the book, take Straw from the counter (Just in case) and choose Magic Tricks as Komi's Special Skill.

Doing any of these will end your run of the game regardless if Kimo's date is going well or bad.





When Kimo finds the Red Wallet, Choose to Take it.





This triggers when Yumi cathes Kimo peeking into her phone which happens at the fourth noise/warning.





When Kimo uses his phone the second time, chat with Nuts and Choose to talk about Yumi's chest. When Yumi asks you about it during Truth or Lie, Choose Yes.





When the Women in the Red Dress shows up, you can choose to look at her or Yumi but answer all of Yumi's questions wrong: Disagree - Agree - Agree

Personal Fun Fact :

When I saw this picture in Kimo's Phone, it made me grin with delightful nostolgia.



If you don't live in South Korea, you're probably wondering who or what is this animal and no he's not from The Good Dinosaur. This green creature is Dooly the Little Dinosaur, A South Korean cartoon icon (of sort) who debuted in the 1980s and 1990s in cartoons, comics and merchandise throught South Korea (even a postal stamp). Only the 1996 film has been dubbed in English though I didn't watch it myself but I did find the full movie on YouTube. Dooly was seperated from his mother, abducted, experimented on & dumped back to Earth by Aliens and frozen in an ice glacier for 10 million years until thawed out and started living with a Korean Family. Dooly has super powers (don't remember what kind) because of the aliens that's why Kimo made that joke in his phone (I was happy that I understood the joke)




I'm not Korean or live in South Korea, but the original cartoon series was dubbed and localized in the Middle East and I was one of the 80s-2000s Arab kids who Dooly on TV and VHS. I haven't seen the little guy in nearly 20 years.

This is an old clip of the intro dubbed in my native language oh my goodness the nostolgia is bring me to tears. I apologize for the ear assault that you might experience from this old clip.
