Step 1 is simple, first of all you must prepare your body to leave your disgusting crusty gaming chair, a simple way to do this is to put both arms high into the air (think of it as the funny moustache man pose) this could take days to get right so keep trying until you succeed. After this you will start to move your legs this will be very painful for a Heavily overweight Hoi4 player so an easy way to start is to slowly and slightly start raising your legs this will take around 24 days to perfect so keep trying until you can do it 10 times in 3 hours. Great you have finished step 1 now we move on.


Step 2 is much more difficult as you will have to leave your gaming chair and setup (If you are a weeb this section is 60% harder as you will have to leave behind your disgusting image of an animated femboy child) so lets begin gather all of your strength take a deep breath in and push upwards away from your chair (this can take multiple attempts). After you have successfully completed this challenging task you must take at least 30 minutes to stabilise yourself, when this is completed we may move onto step 3


Step 3 is mainly about leaving your mothers basement. First of all using your legs start to slowly walk (Moving one leg forward at a time) towards the steps ( this could take up to 3 hours) once you have reached the steps out of the basement you will need a trusted person to call a crane over to your house to lift your bloated crusty dirty body out of your mums basement after this is completed we move onto step 4 the final step


Step 4 is the hardest step as it requires around 5 months of small exposure to the sun as your body is not familiar to sunlight and large amounts of contact at one time could be fatal. After these 5 months were your body should have been exposed to sunlight for only 5 seconds a day you are ready to leave your mothers house (Warning if located in the UK finding sunlight may be hard). Take a step outside and touch grass (the green material on the floor) you will feel a rush of happiness and you will decide to change your life around.
