Step 1 : Be sure you have the game downloaded
Step 2 : Go to Manage My DLC
Step 3 : Tick the Box of your Game
Step 4 : Wait for it to download the DLC
Step 5 : You May open SFM using your DLC

it should be on the main page for when you launch sfm, something i forgot to mention is that you need to launch the SDK first, go to select search paths and tick the boxes and hit Ok
