From the TITLE SCREEN go to the SESSION SCREEN.

If it says OFFLINE above the LAUNCH button


while your NAT status in the top right section is either Open, Normal or Strict,


press B to open Squad Privacy settings and select "Open to Friends". Confirm this choice.


(NOTE: If the Wildlands-Server doesn't respond for over thirty seconds cancel and try again, if you get Ribera-1000B just try again, after three attemps you should get a connection.)

Now start your session.

Once you and your squad members are online, press SHIFT+F2 to bring up the Ubisoft Connect overlay.

Open the tab with the two cones within Ubisoft Connect Overlay, this tab symbolises your Ubisoft Connect friendlist.

Send Invites to your Squad members.

For this to work properly, I recommend that you start Ubisoft Connect before launching Tom Clancy's Ghost Recon: Wildlands.

Your Squad Members need to press B in the Session Screen and set their Squad Privacy to "Open to Friends" as well.

ACHTUNG! If the connection to the Ubisoft servers in the session screen does not succeed at the first attempt, do not worry! Ribera error codes will still occasionally appear at this point. Usually, a connection should be established in the second or third attempt. This connection is usually stable.

This Guide was created under the condition, that players were facing connectivity issues and the now infamous Ribera error codes for weeks. For reasons unknown at some point UBISOFT put their servers in a condition, where players are held in forced OFFLINE mode for several days. When i noticed that Online features had been partly re-instated later on, though, and that players could have sessions with friends, i shared this observation in the form of this Guide. Of course i never claimed that no one would face connectivity issues ever again, nor could i foresee how UBISOFT would further proceed in the matter of fixing their servers and bringing them back online in full capacity.

As long as your NAT status isn't OFFLINE you can press B in LAUNCH screen, set Squad privacy to Open to Friends and play Coop. If Servers don't respond for over thirty seconds cancel and try again, if you get Ribera-1000B just try again, after three attemps you should get a connection. Good Luck!
